Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your ring, so we’re always happy to offer personal advice on sizing, styling and fit before you buy.
As each of our rings is one of a kind, we offer exchanges rather than refunds. If you change your mind once your ring arrives, you’re welcome to exchange it for another ring. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange has been approved, your ring must be returned to us within a further 7 days.
Of course, if there’s ever an issue with your order, just get in touch and we’ll look after you and this does not effect your statutory consumer rights.
