Every Stay Gold ring is individually sourced and selected.

As our jewellery is vintage and pre-loved, each piece is unique and may display characteristics consistent with its age and previous ownership.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, gold purity, ring sizes and condition details are accurate.

Please note that colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your device and screen settings.

Where applicable, we provide information about a ring's hallmark, gold purity, weight, gemstones and other relevant characteristics.

Unless expressly stated, we do not guarantee the precise age, provenance or previous ownership history of an individual ring.

If you would like additional photographs, measurements or information about a particular piece, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Product Availability

Every ring in our collection is one of a kind.

Once a ring has been purchased, it is no longer available for sale.

While we make every effort to keep our website inventory accurate, there may occasionally be circumstances in which a ring becomes unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this happens, we will contact you promptly and arrange a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in euro (€).

Prices include applicable taxes where required.

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you to explain the situation and offer you the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

We will not charge you an increased price without your agreement.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.

We may contact you if we require additional information to process your order.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for the unavailable item.

Please ensure that the contact and delivery information provided at checkout is accurate.

If you notice an error in your order details, contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve it before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We carefully package every ring to ensure it is protected throughout its journey.

Shipping within Ireland is €6 for tracked and insured delivery.

We offer free shipping on orders over €500 within Ireland.

Available delivery destinations, shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and will notify you when your ring is on its way.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Your statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges or local taxes, where these are not included in the checkout price. Any applicable charges will be communicated where required before purchase.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your Stay Gold purchase.

If your ring isn't quite right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Online customers also have statutory cancellation and refund rights under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

8. Ring Sizing & Alterations

We provide ring sizing information to help customers select the correct size before purchasing.

As vintage rings vary in construction and design, not every ring can be safely resized.

We recommend contacting us before purchasing if you are unsure about sizing or whether a particular ring can be altered.

Stay Gold is not responsible for damage resulting from alterations or repairs carried out independently by third parties.

This does not affect your rights in relation to faults or issues for which Stay Gold is legally responsible.

9. Jewellery Care

Solid gold jewellery is designed to be enjoyed and worn, but all jewellery benefits from appropriate care.

We recommend avoiding unnecessary exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive surfaces and activities that may damage delicate settings or gemstones.

Certain vintage rings may require additional care due to their age, construction or gemstone characteristics.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage and damage resulting from improper care are not generally considered product defects.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described.
