Yes. Every Stay Gold ring is solid gold, never plated or gold filled. We carefully inspect each piece and include the gold purity (such as 9ct or 18ct) in every product description.

You can email hello@staygold.ie to make an appointment to visit our workshop in Galway's Westend or to arrange a video consultation.

Every listing includes the ring size, and on our product pagers click the "find my size" button from your phone to use our handy digital ring sizing app.

If you’re still unsure, just send us a WhatsApp message or email us at hello@staygold.ie. We’d much rather help you choose the right size before you order.

We offer free resizing where resizing is possible. If the product listing does not mention resizing possibilities just drop us a Whatsapp message or email us at hello@staygold.ie and we'll help you figure out what is possible.

Because every Stay Gold ring is one of a kind, we encourage customers to get in touch before ordering if they’re unsure about sizing or have any questions. We’re always happy to help you choose with confidence.

If your ring still isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided it’s returned in its original condition. Full details can be found in our Returns Policy.

Unfortunately not. As every piece is one of a kind, the first completed checkout secures it.

Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on your location. Tracked and insured shipping within Ireland is €9, or FREE when you spend over €500.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ring, so we’re always happy to offer personal advice on sizing, styling and fit before you buy.

As each of our rings is one of a kind, we offer exchanges rather than refunds. If you change your mind once your ring arrives, you’re welcome to exchange it for another ring. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange has been approved, your ring must be returned to us within a further 7 days.

Of course, if there’s ever an issue with your order, just get in touch and we’ll look after you.
